Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Hommey packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
